A: No, Evenuel is a wholesale business. We sell clothing in bulk to retailers and boutiques.

A: To apply for a wholesale account, you will need a valid business license and tax ID number.

your application will be reviewed within 3 business days.

Q: What are your minimum order requirements?

A: Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1 pack. Eack pack consists of 6 units per style of the

same color. They are usually in a 2-2-2 (S-M-L) size breakdown.

Q: Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

A: Yes, we offer tiered discounts based on order volume. Please contact us for more information

about our discount structure.

Placing Your Order

Q: How can I browse your selection?

A: Once your wholesale account is approved, you will have access to our online showroom

where you can view our full product catalog, including high-resolution photos, size charts, and

detailed descriptions.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and ACH payments.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on

your location and chosen method.

Q: What size range do your clothes come in?

A: Our styles come in S-M-L sizes. We unfortunately do not offer plus sizes.


Q: What if an item I want is out of stock?

A: New items are added frequently, and popular styles may sell out quickly. Please contact your

sales representative to inquire about restocking timelines.

Q: Do you offer custom designs or private label options?

A: Yes, We offer custom design and private label options. There will be a minimum of 120

pieces per style per color. Please contact us for more information.
