Domestic Shipping

 Processing Time: Indicate how long it takes to process an order before shipment. This is

typically 1-3 business days, but could be longer.

 Shipping Methods: Offer a variety of shipping methods at different price points. This

could include:

o Flat rate shipping for smaller orders.

o Expedited shipping options (1-2 day air, etc.)

 Delivery Times: Provide estimated delivery times for each shipping method. Be clear

that these are estimates and not guarantees.

 Order Tracking: Inform customers they will receive a tracking number once their order

ships.

International Shipping

 Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

 We also provide delivery to freight forwarders and cargo companies of your choosing

located near the Garment District of Los Angeles

 Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be

processed on the following business day.

 Order Cut-off Time: Orders received by 2 pm PST will be processed that same day.

Orders received after 2 pm will be processed the next business day
